List, I have an OPM program running (PROGA) that updates and writes to SLALLO and other Mapics files, such as MBADRES1. A trigger program (PROGB) with its own activation group is attached to SLALLO and also updates a LF over MBADREP. About once a week (usually 3:30 AM, of course!) the job blows up with CPF5125 I/O error was detected in MBADRES1, which is opened for update in PROGA. Can the activation group be causing this? The trigger was written and installed by a consultant, and I don't know enough about activation groups to know if this is helping or hurting my situation. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. -- John Furniss Applications Programmer Allied Machine & Engineering Corp. mailto:jfurniss@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Phone (330) 343-4283 ext. 8371
