I would have to agree with Buck.  And on a side note, I think some don't
want to learn because they would no longer have the edge or ultimate RPG
knowledge over some of their lessers.

This comes back to something we deal with in our department.  Just this year
we upgraded to V5R1 from V3R2 because we also had the lowest common
denominator thing going on.  One of our companies was holding onto their 400
like it was their last of kin.  We finally had to say to ourselves "Hey
selves, we are holding up 20+ other companies just because this one company
doesn't want to upgrade".  Now we can finally code with all of the cool new
features that RPG has to offer.  Now we just need to get to V5R2 :-)
