How were you doing the adopted authority, with:
C/EXEC SQL
C+ Set Option
C+ Naming = *Sys,
C+ Commit = *None,
C+ UsrPrf = *Owner,
C+ DynUsrPrf = *Owner,
C+ CloSqlCsr = *EndMod
C/END-EXEC

Subject: SQLRPGLE - Authority Problem.
I have a SQLRPGLE program that uses a cursor. The file that the cursor
select is on has public *EXCLUDE, but we use Adopted authority. The
program will not work unless I have *allobj, or specific rights to the
file. I checked the adopted authority settings, and they are working for
everything else. Why does the program not use the Adopted authority?
Thanks
Chris
