I am trying to write to a file in the QDLS file system using the C functions
_C_IFS_fopen, _C_IFS_fputs and _C_IFS_fclose. The file does not exist at
run time so it is created with the execution of the open. The issue is that
the file is not created in the QDLS file system (\qdsl\...) but rather in my
default directory under the IFS (\home\rcheva1\...). Can these functions be
used to read and write from the QDLS file system the same as stream files
under IFS? Because QDLS appears as a 'directory' under the IFS I presumed
that it was just a matter of setting the path to QDLS but it isn't working
that way. The path name I am using is \QDLS\LOANSERV\LS4115R.CSV. Does
anyone have any ideas?

Rick
