Seven weeks ago at the Northeast IBM conference in Framingham, MA I took
testing for 2 IBM certifications and passed both. Nowadays you receive
electronic certificates via a PDF file from IBM. The e-mail from IBM with
information included to obtain the PDF file arrived exactly 6 weeks after
the testing. I used the supplied link and entered my IBM supplied
information which led me to a blank screen. I stayed on the screen for at
least 5 minutes and it just remained blank. I have sent e-mails to addresses
supplied by IBM but no satisfaction has been reached to date. The first
e-mail I sent a week ago was only answered this afternoon. Today I went to
the IBM Certificate website and IBM says electronic certificates are
available within 1 week.
 
I guess my question is has anyone else tried this IBM electronic
certification site and had success obtaining certificates?
