What does "open source" mean in your mind?
The plan is to release it as "freeware" or "Shareware" with a "donation" if
you like it--sort of like WinZip does now--where there would be no trial
period or function crippling, but rather just an occasional nag screen that
says "Hey if you like this, why not send in a buck or two to Bob Cozzi's
Daughter's Wedding fund". Something like that.
Not sure what good opening up the source would do.
It is written in Microsoft Visual C++ with MFC. How many RPG programmers can
do that and code in RPG with SEU? Not more than a hand full I would expect.
Do you have any suggestions?

Bob,

If you don't mind my asking, What's the plan for codestudio, then? Is it
going away? Open source?

Thanks

Rich
