INZPFM is the only way I've found to guarantee extending the size of a
physical file member.

Like most commands... You most likely haven't used it because you haven't
needed it... Yet.

Why would one ever use INZPFM?  I have heard it mentioned twice recently
and I can't recall ever having used this command.  CLRPFM I've used a lot,
but never INZPFM.
