Sharon, IMO, this is one of those awkward questions, because there's currently a lot of change happening in the development tools area. I'll offer my opinion, and you and do with as you like... <g> I would avoid spending much time (if any) on RLU. This was probably one of the LEAST liked development tools that IBM delivered, and many find it difficult to use.... Because it's a "green screen" tool, IBM will probably not be enhancing it ever again, so it's use is now somewhat limited. IBM does have another tool to do PRTF design. Code/400 has the "Designer" tool, which handles all forms of DDS development. It's pretty good. However, <frown> this product is in the process of being replaced by the NEW development tools (WDSCi) and Code Designer will probably be a dead product soon.... It's seems likely that a port of Code Designer will be integrated into WDSCi soon, but who knows when that will be available. For now, I'd recommend looking at Code Designer, and avoid RLU.
