Hi Matt!

First, thanks for the article on Ignite/400 on setting up Tomcat 4.  It
helped me out quite a bit!  

I started an answer, but then realised that the theoretical advantages of
servlets are probably not applied in practice.  So I'll retract my
ill-formed thought.
