Classic example of America and the belief that you get better if you spend
for it.
On my honeymoon, ('first' marriage) we went to Jamaica. Room 1313. Went
snorkling. I said I'll just rent a little boat, we'll paddle out to the
reef, and cool. Wife was terrified. We didn't stay long. Next time we
paid a local to take us out. Now that we paid a 'professional' she was
calm. It didn't matter that the 'professional' spent the whole trip
rocking on the edge of his boat saying "I am sooooo high."
