any problems with SETLL & READE in v5r2 RPG-IV?

Has anyone seen any problems with SETLL and/or READE in v5r2 RPG-IV with the 
latest cume
installed?

We're having some I/O peculiarities reading through a file in an RPG-IV program 
that's been in
production, untouched, for at least a year now.  We upgraded from v4r5 to v5r2 
a few weeks ago,
and now we are able to reproduce a problem where there appears to be a group of 
records being
bypassed in a READE
