 But you could have multiples of those.  Let's say you've also added one
for QCmdExc.  But you've spelled it incorectly: QCmdExec.  How would it
know to use the internal program one vs. the QCmdExec one?

My guess:  If the PR matches a PI, and that PI is before any P-specs,
it considers that PR to be for the "*ENTRY PLIST".

At least, that's the way I'd do it.
