IBM purchased the 2761 from another company that bought the stuff from 
others.  The middleman company shrunk down to 1 person, support got lousy, 
numerous other problems.  The 2805 is purchased from MultiTech.  They seem 
to be a lot more stable.  No new fax card is on the horizon.

I *think* the 2805 doesn't play well in the 700 club.
