Andy, In my shop we have a function in a service program that uses the QRCVDTAQ API to cause variable delays. Pass the API the value in seconds to wait for an entry in a data queue that never has any entries. After the wait interval has passed, QRCVDTAQ will return control to your program. With the service program wrapper, we can pass hour, minute, or second values. My question is, instead of doing this 'DLYJOB' from a CLP can it be done directly from within RPG? ........ API maybe????
