Actually, Anne Lucas posted an announcement of the online announcement that was held this morning. And I did a reply with history on it this morning to encourage more to attend. (Now, I noticed that it was on the MIDRANGE-L list only, but I suppose that was appropriate). Many of the questions so far are like 'How do I configure LPAR?' I suppose it will take some time to build up the faq base. Some were pretty in depth. I don't know-- I think it's going to take a little bit of getting used to. It's not as handy as the newsgroup cos it doesn't have the enrollment. And funny, IBM didn't post a message to this group, telling us about this wonderful new service. Sometimes I wonder how serious these guys are about reaching out to the development community. And another thing: It's not nearly as cool as RoboCode. -Doc _______________________________________________ This is the RPG programming on the AS400 / iSeries (RPG400-L) mailing list To post a message email: RPG400-L@xxxxxxxxxxxx To subscribe, unsubscribe, or change list options, visit: http://lists.midrange.com/mailman/listinfo/rpg400-l or email: RPG400-L-request@xxxxxxxxxxxx Before posting, please take a moment to review the archives at http://archive.midrange.com/rpg400-l.
