How will this affect the participation of the many IBM people who participate in these lists?

I don't know-- I think it's going to take a little bit of getting used to. It's not as handy as the newsgroup cos it doesn't have the enrollment.

And funny, IBM didn't post a message to this group, telling us about this wonderful new service. Sometimes I wonder how serious these guys are about reaching out to the development community.

And another thing: It's not nearly as cool as RoboCode.
