I can't tell you for sure _what_ it does - I can tell you that it should be
checking if Order# is valid.  If I had read the whole program (not the
subprocs) I would have a better idea of how likely that was to be true.

Frankly even if it doesn't (and you wouldn't have posed the question if it
did I suspect) it would not change my mind one iota.  Any one programmer can
abuse any system - but I don't believe in lowering standards to deal with
it.

The last word ? - I'll leave to you to tell us what it really does
