Actually, CODE is a "plug-in" for WDSC. And you're right, it is too slow! IBM really needs to improve upon that if they want all of us old green-screeners to switch! Back to the point - I have seen absolutely nothing wrong with /Free and have not seen or heard of any compiler errors. Bob Cagle IT Manager Lynk, Inc. Bzzzttt... wrong, try again ... CODE is dead, long live WDSC ... for now at least, until IBM comes up with the next replacement. Personally, I don't use CODE or WDSC for RPG coding on the 400 ... I don't like CODE's paradigm and WDSC is too slow (even on my 2ghz desktop machine). But we digress :) david _______________________________________________ This is the RPG programming on the AS400 / iSeries (RPG400-L) mailing list To post a message email: RPG400-L@midrange.com To subscribe, unsubscribe, or change list options, visit: http://lists.midrange.com/mailman/listinfo/rpg400-l or email: RPG400-L-request@midrange.com Before posting, please take a moment to review the archives at http://archive.midrange.com/rpg400-l.
