Glad you enjoyed the articles on user indexes. The three-part series,
"The Power of User Indexes", appeared in NEWS/400 (now iSeries NEWS)
beginning in September 1999. Access to the articles and code online
requires a professional membership to the iSeries Network (includes
subscription to magazine and other percs). The service program from this
series alone more than pays for the membership cost.
