Well, it seems that this technique doesn't like multiple sub-procedures in
the same source member. For S!@ts and giggles I removed the other procedure
and the code compiled fine. So I placed the procedure back and added the
same code with a unique tag and the whole mess compiled. Just another
incompatibility between SQL and ILE.
