You can use the ASC, Inc. REU (Report Edit Utility) tool to do report
layouts with either O-specs or ext-prtf.

I'm lazy and you can't use RLU to move O-specs around.  I like to see
where things are moving instead of counting and drawing.  Also, you can
reuse the same external PRTF without cloning it.

The advanced functions are gravy.
