Hey Rob, After 20+ years of RPG coding, I learned something just last week from Mike Cravitz that I had never seen in any other example code before. That was the ability to stick constants (the D-specs) right in the middle of procedure parameters or ds specifications. I always thought the first non-blank declaration type encountered in d-specs signaled the end of the previous set of related d-specs to the compiler. Apparently, not. Works just fine and presents better documentation, IMO anyway. > -----Original Message----- > From: rob@dekko.com [SMTP:rob@dekko.com] > Sent: Thursday, January 02, 2003 12:34 PM > To: rpg400-l@midrange.com > Subject: Re: Visual RPG vs. Other Visual languages was ->RE: Is RPG > available on any other platform ? > > This is a multipart message in MIME format. > -- > [ Picked text/plain from multipart/alternative ] > I disagree about the 3 years.
