Perhaps so the banking industry can put a standard routine in all their
programs that if the source library is not equal to the object's current
library, then freak?  If so, then they probably should add the system the
program was created on.  I know that is in the object description.

Rob, each module has its own PSDS, so indeed those fields reflect the
values for the current module.  I never figured out why those particular
fields were useful for programs, but assuming they were, why would they
be less useful for modules?
