You need to define last signed on? Telnet, FTP, Email, WEB, etc. For telnet
you can used the Previous sign-on from the user profile, if the others I
would look at last used on the object type *USRPRF. And you need to check
if a program adopts authority if that program is run does it update the
last used date on the profile, I am not sure what all updates the last used
date, but it might be in the archives.
