Bill,

Not a problem here.  I need to pass the library to a CL program that runs
some file commands on it.  This is to allow running in multiple environments
without recompiles.

This is really a minor point but one that should be noted with respect to
the run time stuff in the INFDS ... and that is that they are only
available after the file is opened.  I guess that's only logical once you
think about it.  But if you are doing your own file OPENs and CLOSEs,
internal file overrides, etc. it's important to have the file opened before
looking for the run time stuff, such as library name, RRN, etc.
