RPG doesn't allow OPTIONS(*NOPASS) for JAVA calls.  (Java doesn't
support optional parameters for a given method.)

It might seem that you could get around this RPG rule by using two
prototypes, and coding one version with no parameter.  But then the
signature of the version with no parameters would not match the real
signature, and the call would fail because JNI would not be able to find
the method.
