The first question comes to mind is
How are the users going to test.? If you find it hard to test, then the users 
are as well.

Is there a way to test a display file from an AS400 command line?  The display 
file that I am changing uses all message files for the text on the screen, so, 
when I look at it in SDA, it shows as all 0's or X's.
