Ideally you will create your libraries with the SQL statement CREATE
COLLECTION and it will build journals and journal receivers automatically.
And if you've done that, and then create your databases with the SQL
statement CREATE TABLE instead of the CL command CRTPF then the files will
be journalled automatically.

Dear sirs,
Inorder to ensure the atomicity of the delete rule/update rule on
*cascade  , we need journal and journal receiver.
for which file u have to write this journal and receiver...can u
please give me coplete idea of this..do i need to write this
journals while designing database?
provide eme some some small examples....
