I would replace the PSDS fields with a call the the RTVJOBA API... Can't remember its name off hand. And then just put the returned values into (including the user name) into the fields in question. Then call the program again. Hmmm... that makes sense, as the service program in question does indeed remain active. This, of course, brings up the age old question ... how the heck do you force a service program to unload from memory? It's running in the QILE activation group. Ordinarily, we don't want this service program to unload ... as we get performance improvements. In the case of a web app, we would want it to unload between invocations.
