Date Literals (was diff btw Procedures and Routines)

Rudy,

Date Literals must always be specified in the same format as the H-spec
DATFMT keyword.  If this keyword is not present, the program default is
*ISO.

In your example:

DTodaysDate       S               D   DatFmt(*ISO) Inz(D'08/12/2002')

should be:

DTodaysDate       S               D   DatFmt(*ISO) Inz(D'2002-08-12')
(*ISO is assumed as default)

or:

H DatFmt(*USA)
DTodaysDate       S               D   DatFmt(*ISO) Inz(D'08/12/2002')
