While CALL is not supported CALLP is.  While my long term objective would be
to have subprocedures (returning a DS in this case) the simple answer - and
the one in my mind that the manual _should_ have suggested - is to use a
prototype with EXTPGM('existingprogname') and use CALLP.  Simple!
