George shows a lot of stuff that (thankfully in many cases) never gets
implemented.  This is just the nasty C/Java notation for
increment/decrement.  It was a candidate for the RPG compiler but I believe
was (hopefully) dropped.

The short-form notation they have implemented basically maps to the old
Op-code Factor2 Result syntax where the current content of the Result was
assumed to be Factor1.
