Jeff,

That is what I do. Limitations of what can be done in free form has
increased the number of subprocedures and subroutines in my programs.

        Subject: Freeform total calcs

I had my first opportunity today to convert an RPGIV program to freeform
calc specs via CODE.

Now I have a question. If I have "total time" calcs, is the only way to
do that like this:

      /END-FREE
     CLR Exsr EOJRtn
      /FREE

and then put the actual calcs into that subroutine? The RPG reference
alluded to some way to do total calcs but the more I read it, the more I
think this is what it is telling me to do.

Thanks.
