It is a fairly simple choice program -- they can get worse.  And you'd still the
Prompt Override Program to store/fetch the desired library name.

But there is no real way to use a subfile at the command prompting level, so
without a choice pgm you'd have to let the filename be blank (or *SELECT or
whatever) and then have an interactive program present the subfile.
