For the record, I do like the idea of a 2nd parameter on the %TRIMx() built-ins. I just don't think we can realistically justify implementing it any time soon. In fact, although we were able to cram a lot of good stuff into the language in V5R1 and V5R2, don't expect to see that pace continued. The next RPG release after V5R2 will very likely be much more modest in comparison. Cheers!
