There are 3 possibilities (that I can think of) for what you might
mean. Either (1) You're writing an RPG program to act as an HTTP client,
(2) You're writing your own web server in RPG or (3) You're using RPG
as a CGI script for an existing web server.

1) To make your RPG act as an HTTP client so that it can make GET
and POST requests from a web server, check out my (free/open source)
     HTTPAPI utility:
         http://klement.dstorm.net/httpapi/

Take a look at the "EXAMPLE1" & "EXAMPLE2" source members, they show
how to do GET and POST respectively.

2) Writing your own web server is a big job. Much too much to cover
here... You might start, however, with my sockets tutorial:
         http://klement.dstorm.net/rpg/socktut/

3) If you're trying to write an RPG program that acts as a CGI script,
to respond to a PUT or GET with an existing web server and client,
you'll probably want to ask this question again on the WEB400
     list.
