Yeah, Why isn't DBGVIEW settable (?) I've had to create a special QAUOOPT
option just 'cause this is such a pain, and they won't change the command
default, even though we don't sell our software...

So why can I insert OPTION(*NODEBUGIO) into my HEADER spec in RPG IV,
but I cannot include DBGVIEW(*anything)???
I hate having to recompile over and over again simply because the
DBGVIEW parameter is set to *NONE or *STMT or something silly like that.
I don't have control over it on every system on which I do custom
coding, so CHGCMDDFT isn't always an option.
