Since it is a one shot deal, try this:

clp - clwrapper
-----------------------
pgm parm(&f &l &n)
dcl &f *char 10
dcl &l *char 10
dcl &n *char 10

ovrdbf &f tofile(&l/&f) tombr(&n)

call conversion

dltovr *all

endpgm
-------------------------

and then set up a pdm option:

 call clwrapper parm(&f &l &n)

and run the pdm option from the wkrmbrpdm list of members in your file.
