Does the source system have more than one version of P3030 in different
libraries?  I'd recommend a:

  DSPOBJD *ALLUSR/P3030 *FILE

on the system where you compiled it.  Perhaps you are not comparing the level of
the target PCSTORE/P3030 to the same P3030 level used in the compile.
