Hello  Justin,

You should also look at the objectlevel identifier within the PGM, use 
DSPPGMREF. It will show a different filelevel ID and, IIRC, the library of the 
file the PGM has been compiled with.

I think the PGM has been compiled with a wrong LIBL.
