You set the activation group when you compile the program; you can check
what a program's activation group is with DSPPGM.

You might also try OVRSCOPE(*CALLLVL) -- it's less extensive than *JOB,
but I've found it does the trick for me. (I'm not sure what the trade-offs
are of using one over the other -- any theories, anyone?)
