Hi,
I have a existing batch job (RPG IV program) whcih had to be broken down to
smaller codes when the number of source lines exceeded 18,000 lines. Now this
program has been been broken dowm into 26 odd programs. I just want to collect
a few statistcs for the old and the new jobs like : Number of I/O counts, time
taken for the old and new jobs, What are exact call stacks etc. Can anybody
tell how would one go about doing this. (Since both the jobs are batch jobs).
If the demo of the same has to be given how would one go about doing this ???
(How do I get a the I/O count ?? , Performance ??? Time taken stuff etc ....)

How can one exactly efficiency of the new Job compared to the old job (Which is
a monthly job). Also what other criteria could be used in order to validate the
correctness and efficiency of the new Job.

Thanks and regards,
Venky.
