Hi all,

I've been searching and searching but...

Can anybody supply the general rules for including, and reading, a source
physical file in an RPGLE program.?

I understand the requirements for the preceding CL override. It's the RPG
setup that's throwing me...
Can the file be defined as 'E'xternal or does it have to be 'F'ixed with
'I'
specs? (I haven't used 'I' specs in so long...)
Do I have to rename the record format? (since it's the same as the file
name
and the compiler doesn't like that!)
