Sensitivity:

Though RLU is not a popular tool, it DOES provide the facility to specify
CRTPRTF parameters.  Printer files can then be created thru RLU with the
desired compile options.

You can take advantage of the 'creation' process of RLU without using the
'designer' aspects.  (CODE Designer is another avenue.)
