In the old QUSRTOOLS there is a command CPLPRTF (Compile Printer File) that
recompiles a PRTF based on the values retrieved from the existing object.

The code should be adjusted to deal with AFPDS, but it can be done. If you
are interested I can send you (off line) my adjusted version RCRTPRTF
(Recreate Printer File). Offers stand till Friday (European time), as I am
about to go on vacation. Of course, sources are profided as-is.
