Monitor QSYSOPR message queue

There was an article in NEWS3X/400 1994 (month unknown)
now iSeries NEWS Magazine
http://www.iSeriesNetwork.com
Their archives go back to 1995.:(
It is copyright by Duke Communications International
so I suppose I cannot post the source code.
It does not send pager messages.
