Eh, a little more investigation shows that these Data Dictionary definitions
are pre-Y2K, and unusable as currently defined.

O.k., yes, I found the file I'm looking to create DDS for in one of the
dictionaries.  But, then what?  I don't see an option to create DDS specs or
an externally described file that I could use in a HLL.

1. Work with data definitions
3=File
F4 for a list of data dictionaries, what do you get?
