This is a multipart message in MIME format. -- [ Picked text/plain from multipart/alternative ] In America we would read 18,5 as 18 total digits with 5 of them to the right of the decimal place. However in other countries, which use the comma as the decimal separator, they may read that differently. I tend to agree with your position on this.
