Do you need to track the changes, or be able to tell what changed from one version to the next? If it's the former you'll have a hard time since the editors rewrite the entire member, not just the changes. However, if you just want to know what changed then why not compare the old and new versions with a diff tool. I use http://www.componentsoftware.com/products/csdiff/ but there are dozens if not hundreds of similar tools out there.
