Hello Rob, You wrote: >We have a SQLRPGLE program generated with Turnover. We keep getting the >message that the program was changed outside of turnover. We do a DSPOBJD >and the only thing we see different is the last used and the change date. IIRC SQL stores the access plan in an associated space of the program object. This would occur on the first run of the program and should cause the changed date to change. I think the access plan is subject to update after release upgrades where the query component decides it can do things better (or just differently). This manifests itself as an error message in the joblog of the first user to run the program if they don't have *CHANGE authority to the program object. This used to be a common occurence so either IBM have changed the authority requirements for access plan update or people ain't upgrading :) Regards, Simon Coulter. -------------------------------------------------------------------- FlyByNight Software AS/400 Technical Specialists http://www.flybynight.com.au/ Phone: +61 3 9419 0175 Mobile: +61 0411 091 400 /"\ Fax: +61 3 9419 0175 mailto: shc@flybynight.com.au \ / X ASCII Ribbon campaign against HTML E-Mail / \ --------------------------------------------------------------------
